In our Pre-Kindergarten Program, your child will become involved in a broad array of activities that will expand his/her knowledge and skills, while helping him/her to develop socially and intellectually. Monthly themes are used to integrate the different curriculum areas including math, science, social studies, reading and the arts. Through these themes, your child will have the opportunity to learn about subjects that range from ''All About Me" to "Holidays Around the World:' Themes often incorporate your child's interests and are designed to teach specific skills. Activities may revolve around the exploration of a favorite book. While developing reading skills, your child will learn about various facets of the story, creating a multidimensional learning experience. A culminating "Publisher's Party" celebrates these young readers' first books.

The overall goal of the Pre-K Program is to provide your child with a solid, yet integrated foundation for a lifetime of successful learning. Our professional teaching team incorporates plenty of time for playing, singing, dancing, building, baking, role playing, creating, problem solving, reading, writing and discovering. In addition, field trips enhance the learning experience by providing an opportunity to explore outside the immediate learning environment.
